Our regular season runs from September to the end of May.

Our summer season runs from mid-June to mid-August.

Our rates are based on an average of 4 lessons per month. A flat rate will be charged at the beginning of each month for September to May (9 months). The final month of the season (May) will be billed once any credits accumulated over the year are applied. Note: if you start payments mid-month the fees will applied to every 4 lessons. Last minute cancellations (less than a week’s notice) can not be rescheduled or refunded. Missed lessons are considered forfeit (this also applies to missed make-up lessons). If a weeks notice is given, an effort will be made to reschedule, however please note that due to scheduling restraints, this can’t always be accommodated. A maximum of 3 cancellations with advance notice is allowed. After 3 cancellations, you will be charged for all further cancellations. Payments cannot be transferred to the next month. Fees can be transferred to another family member. Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel your lessons. The month in which you discontinue lessons will be charged. Please do not attend lessons when feeling sick.

Image/Video Permission

We occasionally share photos and or videos of our teachers teaching students and our students progress in order to celebrate their success! Here is the consent form: I give permission to take photographs and / or video of myself and/or my child. I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

Step 3: Make a payment. To complete your registration, please choose one of the following payment options:

E-transfers or Paypal:

Option 1: E-transfer $107 per month (for 9 months: Sept-May), please send to prairiesongstress@gmail.com (no password needed). Please set up automatic recurring e-transfers through your online banking. We do not send reminders to make payments. Please note: Each payment is for 4 half hour lessons. These payments can start at any point in the month. Credits will be applied to the final payment in May.

Option 2: E-transfer $915 for the whole season. Savings of %5 when paid by E-transfer. Refunds for cancellations will be sent out in June.

Option 3: Paypal $110 per month. Use one of the links below to set up recurring payments. You may do this as a guest, using your credit card account, meaning you do not need to have a Paypal account, or you can use your paypal account.

Option 4: Paypal $990 for the whole season. Use the last Paypal link on this page to enter your own amount ($990). Refunds for cancellations will be sent out in June.

Please Note: If you are registering multiple students or would like to pay for multiple months at once, you can increase the quantity in the PayPal form. If you prefer to use a different form of payment, contact prairiesongstress@gmail.com to make arrangements.
